At Esoteric gardens we explore energy, spirituality, and creativity. We believe that each of these aspects of our being – the physical and non- physical parts of us needs to be well fed.

Energy is life – it created life and keeps the cycle going. The physical body is kept working at its optimal by the foods we eat. We see food as a means of healing and that is why we encourage healthy eating and promote the quote coined by Hippocrates that we put the medicines back in the medicine pots and heal the people with food. We are strong proponents of using herbal and medicinal plants to help strengthen our physical body’s thus accelerating its natural healing capabilities. We believe in energy healing, the use of massage and aromatherapy.

In the area of spirituality, we promote meditation and yoga. And here we see meditation as any activity or non- activity that one engages that allows for a quieting of our rampant thoughts and a raising of our vibrations to connect to the greater part of who we all are.

Spirituality fuels creativity and we encourage the creative process in all of this varied manifestations – writing, painting, drawing, sculpting, coding, music, dance, crafting, poetry, drama, web design, gardening, whatever means a person uses to share what is birthed when the intuitive self – the third chakra energy is allowed to flow freely.

We respect and revere Mother Earth, our home while we are in this spiritual plane.
