“Healing the people with Food” a phrase coined by Hippocrates forms the basis on which Lizzie’s Garden was created.

The philanthropic arm of Esoteric Gardens KN is Lizzie’s Nest. As part of our service to our community, we offer a free healthy breakfast once per month for persons in need or for persons needing a nourishing start to their day.

We also donate a package of vegetables grown in the garden or donated to the persons who come for breakfast.

The ingredients used in the breakfast are mostly produced in our garden and we make use of the natural herbs and spices that we plant. The beverage of choice is bush tea. We make our teas from plants grown in the garden and each month we feature a special brew.

You are welcome to join us any Saturday for a tea and a chat, a tea and a rest, or just tea.
